Seedy Saturdays and Sunday 2012

The GTA’s yearly seed exchange and sale has now been split into 5 community-sized events!

Read on to find the event taking place in your community.

Join the Seedy event in your area to celebrate the start of the gardening season with:

  • A community seed exchange of heritage and heirloom plants
  • Local seed and food vendors
  • Educational workshops for both novice and experienced gardeners

This year our focus is – SOIL: The life beneath our feet!

You can look forward to great information on small-scale composting and how to build healthy soil for healthy plants.

Visit the Seedy Event in your neighbourhood to connect with local gardeners, seed savers and community groups.

Want to Volunteer? We are looking for volunteers for advance seed packing dates AND on the day of events.
